Graduate of Doctor of Medicine degree and a Licensed Physician
Must have undergone 40-hour Occupational Health and Safety Training from a DOLE-recognized institution or to undergo such within one year from the date of hiring in the case of permanent physicians
Prior experience as a school physician or occupational health physician is preferred, but not required.
JOB DESCRIPTION/SUMMARY
Assumes the role of both University physician and occupational health physician in conformity to University and occupational health standards.
Basic functions include emergency response and first-aid; medical consultations; physical examination; medical assistance; medical documentation; 7S implementation; assistance in ensuring a safe and healthful school environment; and professional growth.
