Incoming First Year Undergraduate Applicant’s Online Application Procedure and Requirements

S.Y. 2024-2025

Step 1.

  1. Accept the CEU Privacy Notice.

Note:        Local applicants should proceed to Step 2. 

Foreign applicants (Resident/Non-Resident Aliens), and Filipinos who studied abroad should follow the instructions in Steps 1.2 and 1.3. 

      1.2. Foreign Applicants (Non-Resident/Resident Aliens), and Filipinos who studied abroad, please upload the following initial requirements below:

  • Photocopy of passport (bio page)
  • Certificate of Graduation
  • Official Transcript of Records/ Grade 12 Report Card

      1.3. Wait for the result of the initial evaluation from the Foreign Student Section, Office of the University Registrar/Office of the Registrar

Step 2

      2.1. Fill out, and submit the Application Form.
      2.2. Pay the application fee of Php 350 (non-refundable).
      2.3. Receive the payment confirmation. 

Step 3.

      3.1. Accept the Student Declaration. 
      3.2. Upload admission requirements below:

      Local applicants: 

  • Certified True Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Original Form 138 or Grade 12 Report Card or Promissory Note for later submission (PEPT Result/ ALSA & E Result is also accepted)
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character from High School Principal

                 Foreign applicants:

                 Non-Resident Alien

  • Appropriate Visa
  • Picture, Passport size (Two copies)

                  Resident Alien

  • Certificate of Good Moral Character from High School Principal
  • I-Card/Special Residence Investors Visa (SIRV)/ Special Investor’s Resident Visa (SRRV)/ Special Retiree’s Resident Visa

  Filipinos who studied abroad:

  • Certification of Recognition/ Certified True Copy of Birth Certificate (Dual Citizen)

      3.3. Acceptance of admission (The Admissions Office will send the approval, curriculum, student number, and assessment of fees within the week) 

Important Reminder:

  • The application fee, and admission requirements will be the basis for the approval of admission. Incomplete requirements will put your application temporarily on hold.
  • For foreign applicants, the payment for admission, and foreign fees will be verified by the Foreign Student Section, Office of the University Registrar/ Office of the Registrar.

      3.4. Pay the down payment in the link https://admission2.ceu.edu.ph/ceu-payment-channels, and upload the proof of payment of your matriculation fees for enrollment.

      3.5. Accept the following forms:

  • Waiver/Informed Consent
  • CEU Honor Code
  • Student’s Statement and Undertaking
  • Student’s Pledge

Step 4. Receive the following in your dashboard:

  • CEU email, and other information
  • Electronic copy of Certificate of Matriculation (ECOM)

Transferee and Second Degree Applicant’s Online Application Procedure and Requirements

2nd Semester, S.Y. 2023-2024

1st Semester, S.Y. 2024-2025

Step 1. 

  1. Accept the CEU Privacy Notice.

Note:        Local applicants should proceed to Step 2. 

Foreign applicants (Resident, and Non-Resident Aliens), and Filipinos who studied abroad should follow the instructions in Steps 1.2 and 1.3. 

      1.2. For Foreign Applicants (Non-Resident/Resident Aliens), and Filipinos who studied abroad, please upload the following initial requirements below:

  • Photocopy of passport (bio page)
  • Certificate of Graduation (Applicable for Second Degree only)
  • Official Transcript of Records

  • Certificate of Completion of Pre-Dentistry Course (for Dentistry applicants only)
  • Certificate of Eligibility for Dentistry (for Dentistry applicants only)

             Foreign Applicants

                     Non-Resident Alien

  • Certified true copy of Birth Certificate
  • Diploma (Applicable for Second Degree only)
  • Students and Parents/Guardians letter of intent seeking admission
  • Appropriate Visa
  • Picture, Passport size (Two copies)

                  Resident Alien

  • Certified true copy of Birth Certificate
  • Transfer credentials 
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Students and Parents/Guardians letter of intent seeking admission
  • I-Card/Special Residence Investors Visa (SIRV)/ Special Investor’s Resident Visa (SRRV)/ Special Retiree’s Resident Visa

       3.3. The result of the evaluation will be posted by the Dean’s Office.
       3.4. Receive the approval of admission (The Admissions Office will send the approval, curriculum, student number, and assessment of fees).

Online Admission Application Procedure and Requirements
 

  1.  Prepare a letter seeking for readmission.  The letter must be signed by a parent/guardian.
  2.  Send the letter through email to the Dean/Program Head.  The email address of the Dean/Program Head is listed in the CEU Website Directory.
  3.  Follow the enrollment procedures for continuing students once a response from the University is received.
