About CEU

Granted by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) to the University for its achievements in providing programs geared towards academic excellence, efficient research outputs, and community research involvements. The status is also in recognition of the outstanding performance of its graduates in board examinations.

Awarded by the Societe General de Surveillance (SGS) for the University’s compliance with international standards for both its academic and administrative processes. The ISO 9001:2015 is a set of standards for a quality management system where an organization needs to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide service or product that delights customers and meets applicable regulatory requirements.

Awarded by the Roman Catholic Church for the University’s outstanding contributions and service for the Pope and for the Church.

CEU is the first non-sectarian University to receive the PQA. It is the highest level of national recognition for exemplary organizational performance given by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

In recognition of CEU's dedication to academic excellence by being a member university and having twelve (12) programs assessed by the ASEAN University Network-Quality Assurance (AUN-QA), contributing to the overall advancement of the ASEAN higher education landscape.
