• Earned Master's degree in Guidance and Counseling
• Must be a licensed guidance counselor
• Prior experience in the field of guidance and counseling is preferred

This position is available in Manila, Makati, and Malolos campuses.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meets with students individually who voluntarily submits himself and/or referred for counseling.
• Meets with students in groups to educate and empower them - lecture presentations to classrooms on topics such as time management, study habits and peer pressure, etc.
• Provides strategies, support and guidance to student concerns
• Develops and implements preventive and intervention programs, such as drug abuse, bullying and peer support program.
• Confers and communicates with parents, deans or teachers and other relevant parties about behavioral or academic problems.
• Administers, scores, and interpret psychological tests results.
• Works collaboratively with other supportive staff of the University.
• Facilitates referrals to other services.
• Helps students to see careers that are aligned with their strengths and personality.
• Attends and participates in relevant professional development courses/workshops.
• Attends and contributes to regular staff meetings and in service trainings.
