Co-curricular activities are activities pursued outside the classroom to amplify and /or enrich the course syllabi and participation is on voluntary basis. They are an extension of the formal learning experience in a course or academic program, meant to complement and not to interfere with studies. Students are encouraged to participate in one or more of these activities to the extent that their scholastic standing will allow. Extracurricular activities, on the other hand, are meant to supplement classroom and co-curricular instructions totally outside the realm of the curricula but are essential to the holistic development of students.
