Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management (Specialization in Hotel, Restaurant and Culinary Operations)

Program Description

This program is a ladderized curriculum that provides students with skills and  competencies that are needed to perform operational tasks and management functions in food production (culinary); hotel, food and beverage service; events planning; and other emerging sectors of the hospitality industry.  Students will receive a Certificate in Hotel and Food Beverage Service upon one year of program completion; a Diploma in Hotel and Food and Beverage Operations in the second year; an Associate in Hotel and Restaurant Management in the third year; and a Degree in Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management with specialization in Hotel, Restaurant and Culinary Operations upon completion of the four-year program.

Its graduates can choose from a variety of enriching employment opportunities where they can practice their chosen profession.

The program is granted  First Reaccredited Level II Status by the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA) as certified by the Federation of Accrediting Agencies of the Philippines (FAAP).
