Centro Escolar University student leaders from the Manila, Makati and Malolos campuses gathered for the annual University Student Council (USC) Leadership Congress with the theme “The Tiyera Series 3: APOY”.
The first day of the congress took place at the CEU Manila campus, highlighted by a keynote address from Dr. Ricardo F. de Leon, Director General of the National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA) and former CEU Executive Vice President. He was joined by Atty. Nathan D.L. Agustin, Director of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Manila II, who served as the first plenary speaker.
The congress continued at the Club Balai Isabel in Talisay, Batangas where delegates participated in a series of enriching and engaging activities designed to strengthen collaboration and leadership skills among the student leaders.
The annual student event was led by the University Student Council Manila with its President Ma. Nicole C. Carrido, under the guidance of Dr. Carlito B. Olaer, Vice President for Student Affairs.
