CEU Students’ Electric Extension Cord Wins 2nd in PCCI-BIDA

Centro Escolar University School of Accountancy (SAM) students landed 2nd place in the recent Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry-Business Idea and Development Award (PCCI-BIDA) 2019, Technology Category on September 27, 2019 at the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry Plaza.

Fifth year Accountancy students Craig Julian Patalagsa, Judicarlo Magno Ulep and Ryan Alexis Nigen Ngo presented their business plan on “The Manufacture of Electric Extension Cord with Digital Timer in the City of Manila”. It is basically a creation of an extension cord with countdown timer which can help prevent overcharging of gadgets. 

The team recieved the support of the School of Accountancy and Management headed by Dr. Rosemarie So, Dr. Rowel Antonio, business plan adviser, and Prof. Roy Raian Joson as class adviser.
