This program features a dynamic hybrid curriculum that blends multiple disciplines within the field of mass media. In response to the evolving demands of the post-modern society, the program embraces a multi-disciplinary approach, drawing from diverse perspectives within the communication and media fields.
Guided by experienced media practitioners who serve as professors, the students are provided with a comprehensive exposure to various areas of Communication and Media. They are empowered to choose their path as future practitioners and scholars, with access to a wide range of enriching career opportunities. Its curriculum also offers additional 21 units of Education for Licensure Examination for Teachers.
The program is accredited with the Highest Level of Accreditation, LEVEL IV, by the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA) as certified by the Federation of Accrediting Agencies of the Philippines (FAAP).
In May 2022, the Communication and Media Program was certified by the ASEAN University Network (AUN) after satisfying the requirements of the standard details of the Asean University Network Quality Asssurance Standard.
