This offers a hybrid kind of program that cuts across several disciplines including Journalism, Broadcasting, and Communication. The post-modern society calls for a multi-disciplinary approach taking not only from one but several perspectives in the field of communication and media.
As a consequence, students are exposed to all fields of Communication and Media and are allowed to choose their own path as future practitioners and scholars from a variety of enriching employment opportunities. Its curriculum also offers additional 21 units of Education for Licensure Examination for Teachers.
The program is accredited with the Highest Level of Accreditation, LEVEL IV, by the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA) as certified by the Federation of Accrediting Agencies of the Philippines (FAAP).
In May 2022, the Communication and Media Program was certified by the ASEAN University Network (AUN) after satisfying the requirements of the standard details of the Asean University Network Quality Asssurance Standard.
