The Post Graduate short course in Ocular Pharmacology (DPA) is offered to all licensed graduates of the four-year Optometry program. It aims to accord a certificate by undertaking a special Ocular Pharmacology examination conducted by the board of Optometry under the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) after completing the requirements of the short postgraduate course. The DPA short course is two semesters and includes an internship program at an affiliated eye center. The subjects include Biochemistry, General Pharmacology & Ocular Pharmacology.
