This graduate program provides students with theoretical and practical training in business and management. It gives them a much deeper understanding of the general management functions and aims to develop business competencies necessary to design and implement strategies to improve overall organizational results. The program prescribed curriculum seeks to expand students’ competencies in problem analysis and resolution, team management, performance management, strategic management, project management, and communication and interpersonal skills.
