This is a four-year outcomes-based program with a total of 215 units. The program follows the prescribed curriculum and offers a good mix of general education courses, which are of relevant application in the pharmacy profession and professional courses that will help prepare the graduates in acquiring competencies necessary in the workplace. It also includes pharmacy practice experience/ internships in the last year of the program where students will be assigned to different CHED- accredited affiliation establishments covering a period of 1200 hours distributed as follows: 300 hours in community pharmacy, 300 hours in hospital pharmacy, 300 hours in pharmaceutical industry, 120 hours in institutional pharmacy, and 180 hours in public health and regulatory pharmacy.
After taking this program, graduates can choose from a variety of enriching employment opportunities where they can practice their chosen profession.
The program is Level II accredited by the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA) as certified by the Federation of Accrediting Agencies of the Philippines.
