CEU and PUP Forge Partnership in Research, Innovation, and Academic Exchange

Centro Escolar University (CEU) and the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Sept 30,2026 at CEU Manila, marking the start of a partnership in research collaboration, innovation, faculty and student exchange, and community service. Representing PUP were Dr. Armando Torres, Vice President for Campuses; Mr. Meckmack A. Nartea, Campus Director of PUP Leyte; and Dr. Ian Llenares, Research and Extension Coordinator of PUP San Juan. CEU was represented by Atty. Danilo L. Concepcion, President and Chief Academic Officer; Dr. Teresa R. Perez, Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs; Dr. Erna V. Yabut, Vice President for Research, Innovation and Institutional Development and Dr. Josephine M. De Leon, Head, Research and Innovation Department CEU looks forward to a fruitful and lasting collaboration with PUP
