Centro Escolar University alumna, Anna Liza Valencia, LPT ranked 3rd in the June 2025 Special Professional Licensure Examination for Teachers as released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
Valencia, a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication major in Broadcast, Class of 2001, was among the 399 successful examinees out of 597 candidates who took the exam across various international testing centers, in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Al-Khobar, Jeddah, and Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Doha, Qatar; Manama, Bahrain; Salmiya, Kuwait; Singapore; and Taipei, Taiwan.
The Special Professional Licensure Examination (SPLE) is a licensure exam administered by the PRC for qualified Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) who seek to obtain their professional licenses while working or residing abroad. The SPLE is part of this initiative and is specifically for education graduates pursuing licensure as professional teachers outside the Philippines.
