Centro Escolar University School of Education, Liberal Arts, Music and Social Work (SELAMS) Dean, Dr. Maria Rita Lucas finished a Certificate Course in Early Education Leadership (CEEL) offered online by Harvard Graduate School of Education.
From the period of August 2019 to February 2021, Dr. Lucas completed the 15 courses included in the program.
Through the Zaentz Professional Learning Academy, the CEEL is “designed to offer working professionals in early education an opportunity to deepen their core knowledge, enhance their skills, and add to their leadership toolkit through a flexible, online, and job-embedded learning experience. Materials are interactive and case-based.”
In 2019, Dr. Lucas also received the Philippine Education Leadership Awards given by the World Education Congress.
