Academics

This program is geared towards the highly competent application of gerontology and geriatric nursing interventions in the care of older adults in health and illness conditions. The program, with its prescribed curriculum, uses research to plan, implement and evaluate concepts and strategies leading to the improvement of older person care. The course collaborates with inter professional teams to respond to changing older persons’ needs and health care system requirements.

The program is granted with the Highest Level of Accreditation, Level IV, by the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA) as certified by the Federation of Accrediting Agencies of the Philippines (FAAP).
