Bachelor of Science in International Tourism and Travel Management

Program Description

This program is a ladderized curriculum leading to a 4-year degree program in International Tourism and Travel Management.  It provides students with enhanced specific skills and competencies for opportunities to work in the various facets of the local and international tourism and travel industry.  Students receive a Certificate in Tourism Promotion Services upon one year of program completion, a Diploma in Tour and Travel Services in the second year, an Associate in Tourism and Travel Management in the third year, and a Degree in Bachelor of Science in International Tourism and Travel management upon completion of the four-year program.

Its graduates can also choose from a variety of enriching employment opportunities where they can practice their chosen profession.

The program is granted Level II Reaccredited Status by the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA) as certified by the Federation of Accrediting Agencies of the Philippines (FAAP).

Nature of the Program:The program equips students with competencies that are needed to execute operational tasks and management functions in accommodation, tourism planning and product development, events planning, transportation services, travel and tour operations and other emerging sectors of the hospitality and tourism industry.
Program Objectives:Program outcomes describe what learners will know and be able to do when they graduate from the program. These are closely associated with the minimum standards identified in the CMO.
Specific Professions/ Careers/ Occupations for Graduates:Graduates can work in Travel industries with more than 50 career opportunities; Lodging; Assembly and Events Management and Recreation
