This graduate program provides an integrated perspective of the firm's many functions and strengthens problem-solving capabilities by providing tools necessary for effective managerial decision-making. Following the prescribed curriculum, the program focuses on technology and innovation in managing the firm. It is intended to educate the experienced executive manager, entrepreneurs and other business leaders who are in full-time job may at the same time earn their degree, hone their capability and advance to  higher level positions in the firm. The mode of delivery is blended learning. 

The program is granted with the Highest Level of Accreditation, Level IV by the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA) as certified by Federation of Accrediting Agencies of the Philippines (FAAP).
