Centro Escolar University Professional and Continuing Education (CEU-PACE) will conduct a training on “The New Leadership Transformation Styles of the 21st Century” on February 26-27, 2020, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. at the LAH Seminar Rooms 2 and 3 in CEU Manila.
The training workshop aims to deepen the participants’ appreciation of self-mastery as foundation for becoming inspiring transformational leaders and managers of the 21st century, to enhance their interpersonal skills and maturity perspective, and to lead change processes in their respective areas of influence using emotional intelligence and change management tools.
Topics include Self-Mastery and Emotional Quotient and Leadership Transformation Change and Innovation. The training speaker for the workshop is Dr. Butch de la Cruz who has been a business training facilitator-coach-consultant for more than 35 years. He is certified trainer consultant of the State-wide Continuing Quality Improvement (OSQI) of the State of California.
