Centro Escolar University Marketing Communications Department recently staged its Seminar-Workshop for Guidance Counselors from High Schools in the National Capital Region (NCR), Regions III and IV at the KidZania Manila Theatre in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
A fun yet enriching discussion on Positive Psychology was given by Mr. Ronaldo Motilla, Consultant of Integrated Lifestyle and Wellness (ILAW) Center at Miriam College and President of the Psychological Empowerment to Resources and Aspirations. He shared related experiences to further explain the Science of Happiness and focusing on the significance of having a life driven by optimism.
Three winners were also selected for the CEU digital “pakulo” where the participants were asked to write a positive note and take a photo of it, then using that photo as comment on the CEU Facebook post about the event.
For the very first time, the annual event was held outside the University. This is to also let the participants experience the activities offered by selected establishments of KidZania including CEU establishment during their After Park Event.
The seminar-workshop was spearheaded by the Marketing Communications Department led by Dr. Ma. Eleanor Espinas with Ms. Jhorizza Palma as Overall Event Chair.
