Centro Escolar University recently celebrated its 110 years of existence as one of the leading educational institutions in the country with its commitment of providing quality education.
The celebration commenced with the Eucharistic Celebration which was presided by His Excellency Most Reverend Broderick S. Pabillo, Auxiliary Bishop of Manila at the CEU Librada Avelino Auditorium.
After the mass, the University administrators, faculty members, non-teaching staff, and some students held a candle and pink rose then joined the procession from the auditorium to the main lobby for the Re-consecration to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Everyone recited the Consecration Prayers and sang the “Hymn No Mas Amor” and Spanish version of the CEU Hymn.
The CEU community was also serenaded by the CEU Band and CEU Singers Manila at the Student Activity Center.
Through the years, CEU has lived out its twin philosophy of Science and Virtue and continuously upholds excellence through upgrading its curricula and facilities while also adhering to the demands of globalization.
