Centro Escolar University-School of Pharmacy in collaboration with the Philippine Pharmacists Association, Inc. held the Opening Ceremonies of the National Pharmacy Week at the Librada Avelino Auditorium in CEU Manila last December 5, 2016.
The weeklong celebration commenced with a lecture forum hosted by Dr. Michael Z. Wincor, Associate Professor of Clinical Pharmacy, Psychiatry and the Behavioral Sciences and Associate Dean of Global Initiatives.
A panel discussion was also led by representatives from the Pharmacy, Medical and Patient Groups with its moderator, Dr. Yolanda R. Robles, President of the Philippine Pharmacists Association.
The Industrial Pharmacists Association of the Philippines (IPAP) installed booths for SSS Inquiry and Bone Density Screening.
The rest of the days included in the Pharmacy Week will be held at different locations, with different activities per day. Other activities included seminars and outreach programs.
