SUMMARY:

  • Imparts a set of knowledge and skills to students, according to his/her field of specialization and the subject at hand

SUMMARY:
Assumes the role of both school nurse and occupational health nurse in conformity to school and occupational health standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responds promptly to emergency calls within the campus during duty hours
  • Takes vital signs and administers first aid during emergency cases
  • Refers emergency cases to physicians for further evaluation and management or to the nearest hospital if necessary in the absence of a physician
  • Facilitates and conducts physical examination for students
  • Facilitates, on a daily basis, a physical examination for pre-employment or exit clearance for employees
  • Maintains and ensures on a daily basis orderly filing of medical health records of students, employees and all patients seen at the clinic

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse
  • A graduate of BS Nursing
  • Prior experience as a school nurse is preferred, but not required
  • Knowledgeable with first aid treatment and over-the-counter medicines
  • Can generate reports immediately and accurately
  • Computer literate

SUMMARY:
Responsible for timely and accurate reporting of financial information including, but not limited to 
general accounts, financial statements, payroll and check preparation, accounts receivables and 
payables, student accounts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supports daily operational functions of the Accounting Department particularly on employee payroll
    accounts, student accounts, and general accounts
  • Receives, prepares, processes cheques as approved and directed by the finance committee
  • Prepares a statement of accounts on a regular basis
  • Ensures appropriate report of employees' taxable income and tax withheld
  • Assists in the preparation and maintenance of the Accounting Department's Policy and Procedure Manual

QUALIFICATIONS:

  •  A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, or other related courses

SUMMARY:
Responsible for the efficient operations of his/her assigned support services department.
Aside from the day-to-day operations, it is the department head's responsibility to ensure the personal and professional development
of the employees assigned in his/her department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recommends policies and procedures relevant to the efficient operations of the department, as well as for its improvement
  • Communicates updates in the department's policies and procedures to the employees, through the University officials concerned
  • Organizes the department for effective achievement of operational goals
  • Ensures that the department is able to respond to the needs and concerns of the different schools/colleges/departments and the response is timely
  • Identifies the professional and personal development needs of the employees assigned to him/her and recommends training/programs to address the competency gaps

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Holder of a Doctorate Degree in area of Specialization (as needed)
  • With extensive experience in team management

SUMMARY:
Attends to the overall cleanliness and orderliness of the laboratory, and attends to the needs of the teachers and students, and researchers, particularly in the issuance of materials needed in the laboratories

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides the appropriate assistance regarding the use of cadavers during laboratory sessions
  • Dissect cadavers for the harvest of internal organs
  • Coordinate for proper burial of cadavers
  • Prepares and issues requested instructional laboratory materials/reagents/apparatuses, equipment by the faculty and students
  • Checks and monitors installed equipment inside the laboratory rooms of the designated area
  • Prepares and maintains appropriate reports like inventories, calibration reports, equipment service cards, and others
  • Performs in-house preventive maintenance/calibrations of the different laboratory equipment in the designated area
  • Repairs and troubleshoots some laboratory equipment
  • Help maintains the cleanliness of laboratory stockrooms

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a Licensed Embalmer
  • Must possess the necessary knowledge and skills in caring for cadavers, laboratory equipment, apparatuses, and chemicals
  • A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Biology or other related courses
  • Have relevant training/experiences in laboratory procedures and processes

SUMMARY:
Ensures the authenticity of the scholastic records being submitted to the department by students, requests
schools in the absence of such decision on the eligibility of senior students as candidates for graduation
based on the courses they have already completed and attends to various 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Keeps active records, credentials, and equipment under his/her care
  • Examines credentials for compliance with school and government requirements
  • Verifies the correctness and genuineness of students’ credentials
  • Checks draft of enrolment against individual registration forms
  • Files credentials and maintains up-to-date records of students under her care
  • Requests for permanent records (Form 137/TOR) of students
  • Evaluates requirements for graduation based on the curriculum of the course
  • Prepares records of candidates for graduation for the issuance of Special Order
  • Attends to students with problems regarding their records/academic deficiencies
  • Informs in writing the University Registrar regarding deficiencies in credentials,
    grades and other problems related to records of students copy furnished the Dean
  • Verifies grades of students with NFE, NFR, and NR in the computer/grade sheets

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferably a graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications (such as Word, Excel, and PPT)
  • Knowledgeable of the various University curricula requirements

SUMMARY:
Performs the general clerical jobs in the office and attends to all the transactions connected
to the functions of the office needs of the various clients and his/her Dean/Head.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Attends to the needs of the Head, co-employees, faculty members, students and other university clients
  • Keeps the calendar of activities of the head organized and updated
  • Informs the Head on the DTR cut-off dates, school activities and the schedule of examinations
  • Receives communication/correspondence for processing, routing and filing of documents and etc
  • Prepares, types, prints memoranda, communications, contracts, reports, minutes, and etc
  • Coordinates travel arrangements, hotel bookings for business meetings
  • Prepares materials, request equipment, reserves physical facilities, venues, parking space and request refreshment for the meeting
  • Requests for supplies, printing and other job order forms
  • Performs bookkeeping task such as preparation of bank deposits, in cash checks, updated passbook and other bank transactions of the office
  • Answers telephone inquiries on the related functions of the department or university query, takes down message and relays the message to person concerned

maintains the official social networking sites, and uses search engines for promotions

    Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, and Tumblr) thru postings and answering of inquiries
  • Optimizes search engine 
  • Assists in the Website redesigning and production

  • Assists in the proofreading of the Department's ad and info materials

QUALIFICATIONS:

  •  Graduate of BSBA Major in Marketing Management, or Mass Communication, or any IT-related course
  • Must be knowledgeable in Digital Marketing (Content Advertising, Online Social Networking, Web Administration)
  • Must have superior oral and written communication skills
  • Must be a team player

SUMMARY:
Under the direct supervision of the Guidance Coordinator, assists primarily in the administration of psychological exams for students.
Supports the various programs and activities of the section and works hand-in-hand with the Guidance Counselors.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administers and scores standardized tests excluding projective tests and other higher
    level forms of psychological tests
  • Prepares written reports of test results for interpretation
  • Assists in the construction and revision of CEU-made tests
  • Conducts intake interviews of clients for psychological intervention sessions
  • Maintains confidentiality and safe-keeping of test materials and test results

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Registered Psychometrician
  • A graduate of BS in Psychology
  • Knowledgeable with group facilitation and group dynamics activities
  • Knowledgeable with career and educational planning activities
  • Has basic knowledge in conducting a research study
