  • Configure and maintain the organization's internal computer network
  • Manage network security tools (e,g, firewall, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems)
  • Identify, troubleshoot, solve, and document network connectivity and performance issues
  • Install and support hard-line telephones and other networked telecommunication devices
  • Monitor network performance and optimize the network for optimal speed and availability

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering or Information Technology
    or Computer Engineering
  • With Cisco and/or Microsoft Certifications
  • Preferably with at least three (3) years of experience in network administration

SUMMARY: 
Assumes both the role of a school nurse and occupational health nurse in conformity to school
and occupational health standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responds promptly to emergency calls within the campus during duty hours
  • Takes vital signs of patients and assists the physician during daily consultations
  • Coordinates with departments for the schedule and conducts Annual Physical Examination of employees
  • Acts as a stand-by provider of medical aid (if there are any school-related activities)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse
  • A graduate of BS Nursing

SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Head of the Library, oversees the smooth delivery of services, the maintenance of cleanliness and orderliness,
the over-all filing and organization of the records and the collection in the section or unit assignment

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cataloging and classification of knowledge or sources of information into relevant organized collections and creation of a local database
    for speedy access, retrieval, and delivery of information
  • Establishment of library system and procedures
  • Rendering of services involving technical knowledge/expertise in abstracting, indexing, cataloging, and classifying
  • Teaching, lecturing and conducts library orientation on library facilities, resources, and services

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A graduate of Library Science or related course
  • Must be a Licensed Librarian
  • Prior experience as a School Librarian is preferred, but not required

Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Principal, effectively and efficiently equips the students with all the necessary knowledge and skills, leads the students in their various co-curricular and extra-curricular activities, while being able to strictly implement the different college policies and programs as a means of reflecting as well the university policies and guiding philosophy.

  • Imparts effectively and efficiently a set of knowledge and skills to students, according to his/her field of specialization and the subject he/she is tasked to teach
  • Sees to the effective implementation of the college and university policies and programs in his dealings with the students and in the performance of his/her specific duties to them
  • Plays the role of an adviser and chairman/organizer in the various college and university activities as assigned by the Assistant Principal

QUALIFICATIONS:

Responsible for the efficient operations of his/her assigned support services department. 
Aside from the day-to-day operations, it is the department head's responsibility to ensure the personal and

  • Recommends policies and procedures relevant to the efficient operations of the department, 
    as well as for its improvement

    colleges/departments and the response is timely

SUMMARY: 
Under the direct supervision of the University Registrar, ensures the authenticity of the scholastic records being 
submitted to the department by the students, requests schools in the absence of such, decides on the 
eligibility of senior students as candidates for graduation based on the courses they have already completed
and attends to various problems and transactions arising from such matters.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Keeps active records, credentials, and equipment under his/her care
  • Examines credentials for compliance with school and government requirements
  • Verifies the correctness and genuineness of students' credentials
  • Checks draft of enrolment against individual registration forms
  • Files credentials and maintains an up-to-date record of students under his/her care
  • Requests for permanent records (TOR/Form 137) from students

SUMMARY:
Attends to the overall cleanliness and orderliness of the laboratory, and attends to the needs of the teachers,
students, and researchers, particularly in the issuance of materials needed in the laboratory.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepares and issues requested instructional laboratory materials/reagents/apparatus
    by the faculty and students
  • Checks and monitors installed equipment inside the laboratory rooms of designated area
  • Prepares and maintains appropriate reports like inventories of chemicals and glasswares,
    calibration reports, and others
  • Performs in-house preventive maintenance/calibrations of the different laboratory equipment 
    in designated area
  • Repairs and troubleshoots some laboratory equipment

SUMMARY:
Responsible for timely and accurate reporting of financial information including general accounts, financial statements,
payroll and check preparation, accounts receivables and payables, and student accounts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supports daily operational functions of the Accounting Department particularly on employee payroll accounts,
    student accounts, and general accounts
  • Receives prepares, processes, checks as approved and directed by the finance committee
