SUMMARY: 
Provides guidance and counseling to the students with the aid of different psychological
assessment tools and collects inputs from peers, teachers, parents, deans, and other 
members of the CEU community.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducts individual and group counseling, career counseling, and holds/facilitates
    group dynamics activities
  • Confers with parents, teachers, deans, and other members of the CEU community
    regarding the students' personal and psycho-emotional well-being affecting their
    academic status
  • Makes follow-ups on students' progress
  • Makes referrals of students to other specialized agencies
  • Conducts career and educational planning activities
  • Conducts research through the utilization of the Guidance and Counseling Dept.
  • Participates in professional growth activities

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a holder of Master's Degree in Guidance and Counseling 
  • Must be a Registered Guidance Counselor or a Registered Psychometrician 
  • Prior experience in the field of guidance and counseling is preferred

SUMMARY: 
Under the direct supervision of the Department Head, attends to the overall 
cleanliness and orderliness of the laboratory, and attends to the needs of the teachers
and students, researchers, particularly in the issuance of materials needed in the laboratories

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepares and issues requested instructional laboratory materials, reagents, and equipment
    by the faculty and students
  • Checks and monitors installed equipment inside the laboratory rooms of designated area
  • Prepares and maintains appropriate reports like inventories of chemicals and glassware,
    calibration reports, equipment service cards, and other 
  • Performs in-house preventive maintenance/calibrations of the different laboratory equipment
    in designated areas
  • Repairs and troubleshoots some laboratory equipment
  • Helps maintains the cleanliness of the laboratory stockrooms

QUALIFICATIONS:​​

  • Must be a graduate of any science-related course
  • With training on laboratory procedures and processes is highly preferred

SUMMARY:
Accurately processes payment and other fees for students and other clients.
Accounts for collections received and prepares report pertaining thereof.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accepts payments for school and other fees verifying accuracy of  cash, check
    and credit card payment received as well as completeness of documents presented
  • Issues official receipts in every payment received
  • Sorts, counts and bundles the cash collections, adds-up check payments and settles
    credit card transactions
  • Prepares cash count report and tallies collections with the number of total transactions;
    prepares Cashier's Collection Report
  • Turns over duplicate copies of official receipts and cash register's tape to the designated
    audit staff
  • Maintains adequacy and accuracy of change fund
  • Maintain files of the Cashiering reports and other related documents

QUALIFICATIONS:​​

  • A graduate of BS Accountancy, Financial Management, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting or other 
    finance-related course 
  • Prior experience as a Cashier is preferred, but not required

SUMMARY: 
The clerk performs the general clerical jobs in the office and attends to all the transactions connected to the 
function of the office needs of the various clients and his/her Department Head

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Attends to the needs of the Head, co-employees, faculty members, students 
    and other University clients
  • Keeps the calendar of activities of the Head organized and updated
