  • Configure and maintain the organization's internal computer network
  • Manage network security tools (e,g, firewall, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems)
  • Identify, troubleshoot, solve, and document network connectivity and performance issues
  • Install and support hard-line telephones and other networked telecommunication devices
  • Monitor network performance and optimize the network for optimal speed and availability

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering or Information Technology
    or Computer Engineering

SUMMARY: 
Responsible for the efficient operations of his/her assigned support services department. 
Aside from the day-to-day operations, it is the department head's responsibility to ensure the personal and 
professional development of the employees assigned in his/her department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recommends policies and procedures relevant to the efficient operations of the department, 
    as well as for its improvement
  • Communicates updates in the department's policies and procedures to the employees, through the 
    University officials concerned
  • Organizes the department for effective achievement of operational goals
  • Ensures that the department is able to respond to the needs and concerns of the different schools/
    colleges/departments and the response is timely
  • Identifies the professional and personal development needs of the employees assigned to him/her
    and recommends training/programs to address the competency gaps

SUMMARY: 
Under the direct supervision of the University Registrar, ensures the authenticity of the scholastic records being 
submitted to the department by the students, requests schools in the absence of such, decides on the 
eligibility of senior students as candidates for graduation based on the courses they have already completed
and attends to various problems and transactions arising from such matters.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Keeps active records, credentials, and equipment under his/her care
  • Examines credentials for compliance with school and government requirements
  • Verifies the correctness and genuineness of students' credentials
  • Checks draft of enrolment against individual registration forms
  • Files credentials and maintains an up-to-date record of students under his/her care
  • Requests for permanent records (TOR/Form 137) from students

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree

SUMMARY: 
Performs the general clerical jobs in the office and attends to all the transactions connected
to the function of the office needs of the various clients

  • Attends to the needs of the head, co-employees, faculty members, students
    and other University clients
  • Keeps the calendar of activities of the head organized and updated
  • Informs the Head on the DTR cut-off dates, school activities and the schedule of examinations

    of documents and etc.

SUMMARY: 
Under the supervision of the Head of the Library, oversees the smooth delivery of services, the maintenance of cleanliness and orderliness,
the over-all filing and organization of the records and the collection in the section or unit assignment

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cataloging and classification of knowledge or sources of information into relevant organized collections and creation of a local database for speedy access, retrieval, and delivery of information
  • Establishment of library system and procedures
  • Rendering of services involving technical knowledge/expertise in abstracting, indexing, cataloging, and classifying
  • Teaching, lecturing and conducts library orientation on library facilities, resources, and services

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A graduate of Library Science or related course
  • Must be a Licensed Librarian
  • Prior experience as a School Librarian is preferred, but not required

SUMMARY: 
Assumes the role of both school dentist and occupational health dentist in conformity
to school and occupational health standards. Basic functions include emergency response
and first-aid, dental consultations, dental examination, dental documentation, preventive dental
service, 7S implementation, and professional growth

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responds promptly to emergency calls within the campus
  • Takes vital signs and administers first aid during emergency cases
  • Provides treatment for dental emergencies if manageable in the clinic setting
  • Refer dental emergencies to hospitals or private dentists for further evaluation
    and treatment if necessary
  • Assists in the transport of and/or accompany, students or employees to a hospital
    as necessary and endorses patient accordingly
  • Conducts daily dental consultations and performs necessary procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Doctor of Dental Medicine
  • A licensed Dentist
  • Prior experience as a school dentist is a plus (but not required)

SUMMARY: 

Under the direct supervision of the Head of ICT Department, he/she is in charge of 
monitoring, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of the University's IT equipment and 
peripherals. The position provides technical support and reports conditions of IT equipment
to ensure that all units and connections are working properly.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Troubleshoots problems with computer systems, including hardware and software,
    and peripheral equipment problems to ensure that they are functional at all times
  • Reports conditions of computer units with special attention to malfunctions noted and recommends
    action to be taken to the Head of ICT
  • Coordinates the engagement of external service providers for specialized equipment repair 
    beyond internal capabilities, as authorized by job orders/service contracts; provides standby 
    units to departments and work units concerned for the critical equipment pulled out for repairs
  • Prepares requisition for the purchase of new equipment, peripherals, and needed replacement parts;
    provides technical specifications on items to be purchased
  • Assists in checking information technology - related equipment, facilities, and supplies requisition
    of other departments for accuracy of technical specifications and standards

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have completed at least a 2-year computer course
