SUMMARY:
Effectively equips the students with all the necessary knowledge and skills and lead the students
in their various co-curricular activities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Imparts a set of knowledge and skills to students, according to his/her field of specialization and the subject at hand
  • Sees to the effective implementation of the college and university policies in his/her dealings with the students
  • Records, computes, and encodes the grades of the students accurately

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A graduate of Master of Science in Chemistry (or other related courses)
    • ​Or obtained at least eighteen (18) units in his/her master's degree
  • With relevant teaching and professional experience
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Selection of appropriate instructional media
  • Application of a variety of learning interventions

SUMMARY:
Responsible for the efficient operations of his/her assigned support services department.
Aside from the day-to-day operations, it is the department head's responsibility to ensure the personal and professional development
of the employees assigned in his/her department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recommends policies and procedures relevant to the efficient operations of the department, as well as for its improvement
  • Communicates updates in the department's policies and procedures to the employees, through the University officials concerned
  • Organizes the department for effective achievement of operational goals
  • Ensures that the department is able to respond to the needs and concerns of the different schools/colleges/departments and the response is timely
  • Identifies the professional and personal development needs of the employees assigned to him/her and recommends training/programs to address the competency gaps

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Holder of a Doctorate Degree in area of Specialization (as needed)
  • With extensive experience in team management

SUMMARY:
The Machine Technician takes care of all the printing jobs and photocopying jobs in the Auxiliary Department
and sees to it such materials being produced and reproduced are neatly organized and arranged.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receives test questions printing jobs and distributes them to faculty members during exam period
  • Performs photocopying and printing of other job order forms
  • Performs preventive maintenance of MATPRO equipment
  • Troubleshoots and repairs bogged down and slightly in operative scantron equipment
  • Stitches, perforates, numbers, and sorts record books, council and library receipts,
    purchase requisition and delivery forms, stock requisition forms, and others
  • Prepares and maintains appropriate activity reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a High School Graduate
  • Computer literate
    • Adept in encoding
  • Technical skills in machinery

SUMMARY: Assumes the role of both school physician and occupational health physician in conformity to school and occupational health standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Emergency response and first aids
  • Medical consultations
  • Physical examination
  • Medical Assistance and Documentation
  • Assistance in ensuring a safe and healthful school environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A graduate of Doctor of Medicine and a Licensed Physician
