SUMMARY:
Effectively equips the students with all the necessary knowledge and skills and lead the students

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Imparts a set of knowledge and skills to students, according to his/her field of specialization and the subject at hand

SUMMARY:
Assumes the role of both school nurse and occupational health nurse in conformity to school and occupational health standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responds promptly to emergency calls within the campus during duty hours
  • Takes vital signs and administers first aid during emergency cases
  • Refers emergency cases to physicians for further evaluation and management or to the nearest hospital if necessary in the absence of a physician
  • Facilitates and conducts physical examination for students
  • Facilitates, on a daily basis, a physical examination for pre-employment or exit clearance for employees
  • Maintains and ensures on a daily basis orderly filing of medical health records of students, employees and all patients seen at the clinic

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse
  • A graduate of BS Nursing
  • Prior experience as a school nurse is preferred, but not required

SUMMARY:
Responsible for timely and accurate reporting of financial information including, but not limited to 
general accounts, financial statements, payroll and check preparation, accounts receivables and 
payables, student accounts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supports daily operational functions of the Accounting Department particularly on employee payroll
    accounts, student accounts, and general accounts
  • Receives, prepares, processes cheques as approved and directed by the finance committee
  • Prepares a statement of accounts on a regular basis
  • Ensures appropriate report of employees' taxable income and tax withheld
  • Assists in the preparation and maintenance of Accounting Department's Policy and Procedure Manual

QUALIFICATIONS:

 A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, or other related courses

SUMMARY:
Responsible for the efficient operations of his/her assigned support services department.
Aside from the day-to-day operations, it is the department head's responsibility to ensure the personal and professional development
of the employees assigned in his/her department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recommends policies and procedures relevant to the efficient operations of the department, as well as for its improvement
  • Communicates updates in the department's policies and procedures to the employees, through the University officials concerned
  • Organizes the department for effective achievement of operational goals
  • Ensures that the department is able to respond to the needs and concerns of the different schools/colleges/departments and the response is timely
  • Identifies the professional and personal development needs of the employees assigned to him/her and recommends training/programs to address the competency gaps

SUMMARY:
Performs audit and review functions for payroll and other benefits, collections,
disbursements, student uniforms and outfits, and other accounting transactions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Audits payroll, benefits and other income for both Faculty and Non-teaching employees
  • Audits collections of the Cash Department and the other departments of the University
  • Prepares monthly and weekly report and overages and shortages
  • Reconciles daily cash report cash against bank statement
  • Conducts surprise cash count for petty cash fund and other University collections
  • Audits disbursement checks, LC payments, and petty cash payments
  • Audits monthly bank reconciliation statements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Internal Auditing, Accountancy, Management Accounting, 
    Financial Management or other related courses
  • With at least one year of relevant experience in Accounting or Auditing

cleanliness and orderliness of the laboratory, and attends to the needs of the teachers
and students, researchers, particularly in the issuance of materials needed in the laboratories

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepares and issues requested instructional laboratory materials, reagents, and equipment by the faculty and students
  • Checks and monitors installed equipment inside the laboratory rooms of the designated area
  • Prepares and maintains appropriate reports like inventories of chemicals and glassware, calibration reports, equipment service cards, and other
  • Performs in-house preventive maintenance/calibrations of the different laboratory equipment in designated areas
  • Repairs and troubleshoots some laboratory equipment
  • Helps maintains the cleanliness of the laboratory stockrooms

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Biology or other related courses

SUMMARY:
In charge of monitoring, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of the University's IT equipment and peripherals. The position provides technical support and reports conditions
of IT equipment to ensure that all units and connections are working properly.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Troubleshoots problems with computer systems, including hardware and software, and peripheral equipment problems to ensure that they are functional at all times; undertakes on-site repairs and connections where required
  • Reports conditions of computer units with special attention to malfunctions noted and recommends action to be taken to the Head for Information and Communication Technology
  • Coordinates the engagement of external service providers for specialized equipment repair beyond internal capabilities, as authorized by job orders/ service contracts; provides stand-by units to departments and work units concerned for the critical equipment pulled out for repairs
  • Prepares requisition for the purchase of new equipment, peripherals and needed replacement parts; provides technical specifications on items to be purchased
  • Assists in checking information technology – related equipment, facilities, and supplies requisition of other departments for accuracy of technical specifications and standardization
  • Checks all deliveries of newly purchased computer/network equipment and peripherals to ensure compliance with specifications as indicated in the purchase order before turnover to property custodian or the end user
  • Tests, installs, and configures newly acquired computer units and peripheral equipment
  • Participates in the installation, configuration and update of the institutional computer network system and network servers for the computer laboratories and offices; assists in preparing networking of computers including cabling activities and in the isolation, diagnoses and troubleshooting of network problems and upload failures
  • Performs virus detection for the different workstations; controls virus infection by checking compliance by users with operative policies and procedures on such; reports non-conformance to the Head of the concerned department/work unit and to immediate superior for disposition
  • Undertakes installation, maintenance, and repair of computer hardware in computer laboratories/classrooms
  • Undertakes laboratory/classroom configuration and set-up of computer equipment and peripherals before the start of computer laboratory classes
  • Checks on possible damage of losses on equipment at the end of laboratory classes and undertakes the identification of responsibility for such in coordination with the faculty member concerned; recommends remedial action on such damage or losses
  • Maintains an inventory of computer hardware and software in the computer laboratory; participates in the annual physical count of property and equipment in the laboratory
  • Maintains the service and repair history of computers from acquisition onwards
  • Recommends and prepares hardware equipment that need to be replaced and ensures that all equipment that are disposed of have been properly checked and stripped of critical institutional information
  • Maintains integrity and confidentiality of classified information contained in computer systems
  • Acts as a technical resource person by orienting users in the use of information and communication technology equipment and assisting them to resolve problems with equipment data

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have completed at least two (2) year computer course

  • Provides the appropriate assistance regarding the use of cadavers during laboratory sessions
  • Dissect cadavers for the harvest of internal organs
  • Coordinate for proper burial of cadavers
  • Prepares and issues requested instructional laboratory materials/reagents/apparatuses, equipment by the faculty and students
  • Checks and monitors installed equipment inside the laboratory rooms of the designated area
  • Prepares and maintains appropriate reports like inventories, calibration reports, equipment service cards, and others
  • Performs in-house preventive maintenance/calibrations of the different laboratory equipment in the designated area
  • Repairs and troubleshoots some laboratory equipment
  • Help maintains the cleanliness of laboratory stockrooms

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a Licensed Embalmer
  • Must possess the necessary knowledge and skills in caring for cadavers, laboratory equipment, apparatuses, and chemicals
  • A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Biology or other related courses
  • Have relevant training/experiences in laboratory procedures and processes
