This 21-unit post doctoral program focuses on quality philosophy and practice as applied across industries and service institutions, be they in academe, government or business. It covers the quality management theories, methods, quality improvement tools and techniques, quality standards and certifications, people and team skills, service culture, practicum and special project.
Its curriculum consists of five interactive courses and a capstone project as a final requirement of the Program. Each course has a 3-unit credit for 54 hours contact time. The mode of delivery is blended learning i.e. a combination of face-to-face discussion with technology-mediated instruction. This program is open to interested leaders, managers and practitioners who have completed a doctoral degree in any field.
This program also equips them with in-depth and advanced knowledge, quality mindset, skills set, and tools set to become vice presidents, managers and practitioners of quality assurance and management.
