Community Outreach Movement for Pro-Active Students Service (COMPASS)
COMPASS which stands for Community Outreach Movement Pro-Active Student Service was established on June 26, 1998. It aims to promote and strengthen the participatory student involvement through voluntary participation in the University Community Outreach Program. It also seeks to coordinate with the various community outreach student organizations of the different schools, government organizations, non-government organizations in the pursuit of exchanging experiences, ideas and furtherance of knowledge in terms of community understanding and genuine involvement.

Dramatic Guild (DG)
It is the official resident theatre company of the University. Conceived in 1962, it maintains a yearly season of productions and conducts a workshop in acting, directing, productions and stage management, etc.
It trains its members to actively participate in worthwhile activities for personality development and values formation through drama. Membership is open to all CEU students with keen interest in dramatics, singing and dancing. Annually, this guild conducts audition for potential members.

Honors Society
It is an organization of all Academic, University Memorial and USEP Scholars in the University. It aims to safeguard the welfare and best interest of the scholars of Centro Escolar University, to promote the utmost development of the students' potentials and worth toward the general welfare of the students, and to participate in the University-wide student development activities. It collaborates with the school administration and other student organizations in the attainment of its purposes.

International Student Association (ISA)
Formerly known as Foreign Students Organization, this association was conceived because there are numerous students enrolled annually in the various colleges/schools of the University. It aims to give them a sense of security in a place away from home and enables them to relate well with people from different cultures.

Mathematics Club
It is an organization of students majoring in mathematics, and those with inherent interest in mathematics or any of its branches. It is open to all college students for membership.
It holds an annual Math Contest which is participated in by student contestants from all levels. It puts up an exhibit about mathematics which aims to draw the attention and interest of students, especially non-members.

Red Cross Youth (RCY)
It is an organization of students who have special interest in the welfare of children and youth. It is affiliated with the Philippine National Red Cross, the mission of which is to educate the youth in the spirit of Red Cross and provide opportunities for directing and harnessing their energy and idealism into worthwhile activities within the framework of the organization.

It is an organization of bona fide students in the University which aims to promote interest in and understanding of the natural sciences. Members are given opportunities to be involved in activities that enhance science and environmental consciousness and learning, not only within the confines of the university but also in the outside community.

Social Arts Association (SAA)
Social Arts Association is an organization of Social Arts students. It aims to actively promote and inculcate CEU's culture of refinement and social graces. It sponsors activities that integrate desirable values and help project CEU'S image as a caring university. It also sponsors activities that help promote closer parents-children relationship that serves as strong linkage between home and school.

Student Catholic Action (SCA)
Otherwise known as the CEU-SCA, this spiritually-inspired organization seeks to encourage the development of a true Catholic community by: promoting the Catholic Faith; setting good example to the CEU studentry towards virtuous ends; rendering apostolic service to the school and community; and coordinating with the Archdiocese of Manila in the pursuit of the goals of the Catholic Church.

CEMARS aims to advance the interest and welfare of marketing students. It promotes the general acceptance and appreciation of marketing as an essential business tool. It renders educational assistance to students in the marketing discipline. It designs programs and activities which support the school's vision of academic excellence.

Junior Financial Executive of the Philippines (JFINEX)
JFINEX, in short, is open to all bona fide Banking and Finance students. It aims to upgrade the effectiveness, and importance of Banking and Finance as a major subject in the school and an important area in the business, and to adopt measures that would foster educational advancement in the field of finance.

The JPAS endeavors to foster educational advancement in the field of secretarial/office administration. It serves as an instrument for gradual exposure of students to actual practice in secretarial and office life. It also promotes fellowship and brotherhood among secretarial students not only within the campus but also among schools.

JPCS-CEU chapter is the organization of Computer Science and Information System students of CEU. It aims to advance the interest and welfare of its members and encourage their cooperation and participation in school and University activities. It organizes activities that provide exposure of students to actual practice of Information Technology in the industries. It has a goal of enriching the students' knowledge and skills while reinforcing their social and civic responsibility by providing timely and relevant information, training and application.

The PDSA aims to prepare dental students to meet the social, cultural, ethical and scientific obligations of the dental profession. It works in cooperation with other dental associations in the improvement of dental art and science. It also forms linkage with different dental agencies in elevating the standards of dental practice and education in the Philippines.

The Dental Clinicians Club is an organization of Junior and Senior Dentistry students. It represents the rights and interests of the clinicians and it aims to develop each clinician's full potential as a person and as a future professional. The organization establishes rapport between the clinician instructors to maintain peace and order within the dental infirmary.
