Meals and snacks are available at the main cafeteria located at the ground floor of the Dionisio C. Tiongco Hall. Food services for meeting and other functions may be availed of through this unit. Several units are well distributed around the campus.

It serves to meet the spiritual needs of all. The chapel is provided with space and facilities near the Blessed Sacrament for private adoration and personal prayers. Annually, retreats for students, faculty members and employees are help here.

A seven-storey reinforced concrete building to house CEU's new computer laboratories, equipped with all IBM computers with the latest software and digital cabling system.Multi-media rooms with internet and e-learning based system. Microsoft Office User Specialist (MOUS) laboratory rooms.

The College is located in a five-storey building on San Rafael Street, at the back of the main CEU compound on Mendiola Street, Manila. The College facilities and equipment are the latest in dental learning, which include the following: fully equipped air-conditioned laboratory rooms for basic medical and dental sciences; air-conditioned theater type lecture halls with audio-visual facilities.

Implant Center, which only the College has among the dental colleges in the Philippines. Acu Cam Intra-oral video camera system; and, a total of 320 dental units and chairs. The building likewise has a Pediatric Dentistry Section designed exclusively for child patients, an operating room with complete surgical apparatus (which is one of its kind among dental colleges in the Philippines), complete x-ray facilities that offer cephalometric and panoramic radiographs, soft-laser (first of its kind in the country) exclusively used for dental treatment, prosthodontic and porcelain laboratories, clinical conference room equipped with audio-visual facilities, dentoform models as well as dental simulators which is the latest in state-of-the-art education. More importantly, CEU is the only University in the Philippines that has a simulation of a live patient.

Located at the 5th floor of the Technology Center, the gymnasium has basketball court which can be converted to several playing courts. The capacity of the gymnasium is 1,300 with very spacious bleachers. It has shower room with spacious 24 lockers for the male and female athletes. Its utility room is used for the equipment. It also houses all the P.E. classes in the University and is sometimes used as venue for university program of each college.

The Librada Avelino Auditorium with its expanded seating accomodation for 700 in the orchestra section and the extended balcony has also been improved with new modern installation for effective acoustics, special lighting system, and redesigned stage. Aside from being fully air-conditioned, the auditorium has the total floor area carpeted to ensure comfortable accommodation and enhance the desired acoustical effects.

The auditorium lends itself readily available for smaller group activities in more compact sections made possible with the operable walls to be installed and converted into instant dividers. It has an expanded back stage to complement its widened stage proper and machine-operated stage curtains.

An integrated information system, the management Information System Project has been undertaken for more efficient productivity and effective management, planning and decision-making. The MIS readily assimilated and analyzes information inputs and outputs appropriate for decision-making purpose. It is envisioned to make essential information easily accessible to the different colleges and departments of the University. Moreover, it hopes to ensure availability of information for management planning and for efficient service. It is designed to facilitate enrollment and to expedite faculty and student file management.

It has state-of-the-art equipment such as audio-visual facilities that provide a comprehensive program in creating animation, graphics, pictures, comics, photography, basic cinematography, and other AV productions. As future media practitioners, the learners are exposed to formats and techniques in writing for radio and television: news, documentary, drama and other program types that are relevant and innovative.

The MIAD provides audio-visual services for classrooms discussions and lectures, like modern educational media materials and equipment which ensures the effectiveness of CEU's curricular programs. The Department also implements a media education program to support CEU's colleges as well as FAPE-and-DECS-supported aducational technology projects. This Department is located on the second floor of the Carmen de Luna Hall, at the South sector of the CEU campus. The Department houses the Media Instructional Room (MIR), an air-conditioned auditorium, complete with stereo-phonic sound system, a giant screen for viewing of AV materials, with a seating capacity of 120 persons. Through their respective teachers, students can avail of the use of multi-media equipment for classroom discussion enhancement such as microphones, projects, video players, and other audio-visual equipment.

The CEU Museum and Archives is the repository of all historic documents and records pertaining to Centro Escolar University. The materials preserved range from the minutes of meetings, correspondence, memoranda, newspaper clippings, programs, reports, trophies and the like. Preserved copies of the CEU Graduate students' thesis and dissertations are also included. Memorabilia of the CEU presidents such as pictures, diplomas, diaries, plaques and other personal collections are also displayed. These archival materials are systematically preserved in an air-conditioned room at the ground floor of the Carmen de Luna Hall.

The Nursing Arts Laboratory. located at the second floor of the Generosa de Leon Science Center, is the country's best equipped nursing art laboratories. It is a spacious air-conditioned amphitheater style with an accommodation of 250 persons where nursing students are taught the rudiments of their trade. To make this possible, the NAL was designed in such a way that it stimulates the conditions in a hospital. The NAL is equipped with hospital beds, modern hospital equipment, and dummy patients, among others.

CEU College of Dentistry is the first dental school in the country to open a porcelain laboratory which caters to the needs of dental clinicians, particularly, the clinical requirement on porcelain crown which is here at a much lower price.

CEU has a newly-built semi-olympic swimming pool, measuring 25 by 15 meters with depth of four to five feet, located at the fifth floor of the FGH Annex Building. Since the pool is for training purposes, it is equipped with the latest in pool maintenance and management.

This is used for Instructional purposes in advance course in Computer Science. It is also a center for seminar in Information Technology. The Technology Instruction Room has several equipment available such as a VHS, color television, sound system, multi-media projector, latest IBM computer and the newest addition, which is the electronic panaboard.
