Centro Escolar University Malolos campus is located on a 7-hectare property along McArthur Highway in Bulacan. It provideds students, mostly coming from the North, with the same high standards of education adhered to in the Mendiola campus. Over the years, the University has steadily developed its Malolos campus with the thrust of expanding its services to the northern part of the country.

Aside from continued curriculum upgrading and facilities improvement, a mini-hotel called ADA’s (nickname of co-foundress Librada Avelino) was built for the practicum needs of the Hotel and Restaurant Management students in Malolos. This is a replication of a 5-star hotel facility with suites and a café. A gymnasium called Centrodome, with a seating capacity of 5,000 people, was also built to promote sports development in the Bulacan area.

The academic programs of CEU Malolos has also been re-accredited Levels 2 and 3 by the Federation of Accrediting Agencies of the Philippines (FAAP). Together with the collective efforts of the schools and colleges of the Mendiola campus, CEU Malolos has applied for international accreditation with the International Standards Organization. Acquiring ISO certification is another affirmation of the quality educational services that Centro Escolar University provides.
