Student Affairs Section (SAS)
Created to handle general student programs and problems, the Student Affairs Office Section (SAS) looks into students' welfare, deportment, orientation, uniform, student co-curricular activities; handles student problems both academic and otherwise; and undertakes the preparation and publication of the student handbook, "Life at CEU".

Recruitment and Placement Department
The Recruitment and Placement Department plans, organizes, coordinates, and directs all recruitment/admission and placement activities of the university.

Counseling and Testing Section
The Counseling and Testing Section offers the following services designed to meet the development and adjustment needs of the students, namely: Counseling (individual and group), testing, information, individual inventory, research, follow-up, conferences with parents, values development and other trainings.

Multimedia Instructional Assistance Section
This section provides audio-visual services where modern educational media materials and equipment are available to ensure effectiveness of CEU's curricular programs.
MIA section also implements a media education program
to support CEU's colleges as well as FAPE and DECS
supported educational technology projects. It is an
air-conditioned room, with sound system, a giant screen
for viewing of AV materials, with a seating capacity
of 100 persons. It is use for seminars, workshops,
conferences, audio-visual classes and the like.

University Library
The University library is an integral part of the education facilities of CEU. Readers' services are rendered in the five sections namely: Circulation, Reference, Periodicals, Filipiniana, and Science.
Each section is staffed by librarians who give bibliographic assistance, orientation to library collection and the use of modern equipment such as computerized catalogue and the Internet facilities.
The acquisition of materials and development of services, which are the primary concern of the library, are adapted to the changing and expanding needs of the University programs of instruction and research.

Computer Laboratory Room
The facilities for computer laboratory classes located at the third floor. Several computer units of latest models, video monitors, and printers are available/found in this room. With the integration of high technology in the educational programs this facility will ensure a level of computer literacy needed by the students in their chosen profession. The center supports the computer training needs of the various colleges in the university.

Chapel
It serves to meet the spiritual needs of all. The chapel is provided with space and facilities for private adoration and personal prayers. First Friday Mass and other mass for holiday of obligations are held here.

Ada Hotel
It serves as a demonstration and exhibit venue for the Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism and Nutrition students and practicumers. It has exclusive features such as a fully air-conditioned function rooms accommodating to 100 students, a fully equipped demonstration kitchen, a front desk area for receiving and reservation purposes , a pantry with mini- bar , counter desk and two beautiful air-conditioned guest rooms (single and double beds). It has built-in stock room for other equipment and amenities utilize during student function and varied occasions.

Centrodome
A sprawling campus, prominent facade, vivid colors, and geometric patterns demonstrating energy, movement and sense of openness to its neighboring streets allow CENTRODOME to stand out from the serene landscape of Malolos. This 80-M facility with an area of 3,100 square meters and with a seating capacity of 5,000 spectators is the biggest in Bulacan area.
Its dynamic space and flexible system make it a very ideal place for spectacular events like grand basketball tournament, the MBA and the PBA games and school functions that include graduations, cultural presentations, intramural programs, conventions, and seminar-workshops. Its contemporaneity, on the other hand, allows even large-sized groups to meet formally and informally, for planned and spontaneously get-togethers.
The design and configuration of the CENTRODOME are consistent with international requirements. The playing court is made of several layers of resilient maple wood imported from the United States. Rich mixture of materials with pleasing and soothing colors is integrated in the design for the building's sustainable characteristics and aesthetic appearance. Another excellent feature of the CENTRODOME is a pair of hydraulic goals LA and NBA homecourts boast of completing the facilities are the fully hydraulic backstop, glass backboard with ultragoals calibrated dunk shooting, two electronic scoreboard and shot clock with centralized control. Fairly scoreboard system utilizes bulb type indicator displays, for clear viewing.

Mass Communications Laboratories
This is the regular venue for Speech classes where mispronunciations, regional accents and speech faults are corrected with the help of professional speech teachers using tape recorders and players; while the console TV camera, VTR, television set and other equipment are availed of by Mass Communication students in their classes involving radio and television planning, monitoring, musical scoring, direction or production work.

University Health Services
The University Health Services is a part of the school health program which, together with providing health instruction and healthful environment. aims to promote maintain, protect, and improve the health of the school population.

CEU Canteen
Meals and snacks are available at the canteen. Food services for meetings and other functions may also be availed of this unit.

Simulation Room
This serves as the practicum area of Commerce/Business students. This room is equipped with a computer, printer, typewriter, fax machine, and other business machines to prepare them for the world of work.

Learning Assistance and Consultation Room
This is the regular venue for academic counseling and faculty-student consultation.
