Entrance Exam Results

FOR INCOMING FIRST YEAR

Secure an application form from the Recruitment and Placement Department;
Fill out the form and attach two (2) 1 ½ x 1 ½ I.D. picture (colored/black & white);
Pay the entrance examination fee (P396.00) to the Cashiers Office; and
Submit the form with picture and receipt to the Counseling and Testing Section.

Pre-Enrollment Guidelines for High School Graduates

Proceed to the Marketing and Placement Department for the application for Entrance Examination.

Present requirements to the Student Records Management Department, Window No. 5.

Pre-Enrollment Procedures for New Enrollees for Second Degree

Go to the Dean of the College/School for initial interview.
Present requirements for evaluation of subjects and units and approval of enrollment.

Pre-Enrollment Guidelines for Transferees

Proceed to the Dean of the College/School for submission of requirements and interview.
