Admissions in Makati - Undergraduate
Admission Schedule

PROCEDURES OF ENTRANCE EXAMINATION APPLICATION

  1. Secure an Application form from the Recruitment and Placement Section, Ground Floor, CEU Gil Puyat Building, Makati City or download the application form online;
  2. Fill-out the form and attach five (5) 1.5 X 1.5 I.D. Pictures (colored/black & white);
  3. Pay entrance examination fee (Php 396.00) to the Cashiers Office; and
  4. Submit the accomplished fom with pictures and receipt to the Counceling and Testing Section, 4th floor, CEU Gil Puyat Building, Makati City, on the day of the examination.

October to May Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays

 

Manila Campus
Entrance
Examination

 August to September 2nd and 4th
Saturdays		 08:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.


01:00 p.m. and 03:00 p.m.
October to May Mondays to Saturdays

Examinees should bring pencil and ball pen for the examination.
 
Application Procedure for Incoming First Year
  1. Secure an application form from the Recruitment and Placement Department;
  2. Fill out and attach two (2) 1 ½ x 1 ½ I.D. picture (colored or black & white);
  3. Pay the entrance examination fee (P396.00) to the Cashier's Office; and
  4. Submit the form with picture and receipt to the Counseling and Testing Department (4th floor)

    ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR:

    B.S. Nursing Applicant:

    • Height Requirement: Male  5'2", Female 5 ft.
    • 82% and above 4th Year General Weighted Average
    • No Final Grade Lower than 80% in any Subject

    All entrance examinees are requested to process and take the entrance examination @ the Makati Campus- Sen. Gil Puyat. Schedule of Examinations and Examination Fee may change without prior notice. Thank you.
     
    Application Procedure for Second Degree

    For Second Degree

    1. Go to the Dean of the College/School for initial interview.
    2. Present requirements for evaluation of subjects and units and approval of enrollment.

    Application Procedure for Transferees
    1. Proceed to the  concerned Program Heads/Coordinators for submission of requirements and interview.
    2. Go to the Cash Department of CEU Manila for payment of fee for drug test
    3. Take drug test at the Clinical Laboratory within the day of payment
    4. Claim drug test result on the designated date
    5. Pay entrance examination fee at the Cash Section, CEU, Sen. Gil Puyat Building, Makati City
    6. Take entrance examination and get the test result at the Counceling and Testing Section, 4th Floor, CEU, Sen Gil Puyat Building, Makati City
    7. Go to the concernced Program Heads/Coordinators for the evaluation of general education and professional subjects and get an endorsement letter for the final interview and approval of enrollment by the University Registrar or her authorized representative.
    8. Proceed with Enrollment.


    Requirements for Admission for Transferees

    • Transfer Credentials
    • Original Scholastic Record bearing School Seal and Signature of Registrar
    • Good Character testimony from the Authorized Official of former school
    • Recommendation from CEU employee/teacher
    • Students letter seeking admission
    • Parents letter approving the transfer
    • NSO copy of the Birth Certificate (photocopy)
    • Four (4) copies of latest picture (1 ½ x 1 ½)
    • Evaluation of subjects done by the CEU Dean/Academic Department Heads
    • Barangay Clearance
    • Drug Assay Test Result
    • Ladys/Gentlemans Pledge
    • Transferee & Parents/Guardians Waiver
    • Certificate of Eligibility for Dentistry (for Dentistry applicants only)
