The Human Resource Department (HRD) is committed to do its share in the furtherance of the founders’ philosophy, “Ciencia y Virtud” (Knowledge and Virtue), and in working towards the fulfillment of CEU’s aim to cultivate the mind, body and spirit of its human resources in the service of God, country, and the family. 

HRD is committed to lead in the development, enhancement, and updating of the skills and competencies of CEU’s human resources and do its part in enabling the University Administration meet the demands of its overall institutional management and development requirements.

  • A graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferably a graduate of BS in Secretarial Administration,
    Computer Science, or Information Technology

SPECIFIC SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications

  • Must be a graduate of any of the following courses:
    • Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Major in Business Management OR
      Major in Financial Management OR Major in Management Accounting)
    • Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication
    • Bachelor of Science in Mathematics (or other related courses)
  • Preferably a Licensed Professional Teacher

  • A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
  • Prior experience as a School Nurse is preferred, but not required

SPECIFIC SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possess the necessary nursing skills and abilities
  • Can administer First-aid treatments
