The Human Resource Department (HRD) is committed to do its share in the furtherance of the founders’ philosophy, “Ciencia y Virtud” (Knowledge and Virtue), and in working towards the fulfillment of CEU’s aim to cultivate the mind, body and spirit of its human resources in the service of God, country, and the family. 

HRD is committed to lead in the development, enhancement, and updating of the skills and competencies of CEU’s human resources and do its part in enabling the University Administration meet the demands of its overall institutional management and development requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have completed and earned Master's Degree in Education or relevant to Education or as may be required in his/her specific field of specialization 
    OR a holder of a Bachelor's Degree leading to a mastery of the subject in which he/she has expressed the intention to teach or what he/she is going to be tasked to teach

CORE COMPETENCIES:

  • Communication, Interpersonal Relations, Service Orientation, Organization, Subject Matter Mastery, Facilitation, Presentation, Classroom Management, Learning Transfer and Intervention, Creativity, Research, Integrity, Adaptability, and High Moral Standards

SPECIFIC SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Selection of appropriate instructional media
  • Application of a variety of learning interventions
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office Applications and online learning platforms 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a holder of a Master's Degree in Guidance and Counseling
  • Must be a Licensed Guidance Counselor
  • Prior experience in the field of guidance and counseling is preferred

  • Communication, Empathy, Counseling, Interpersonal Relations
    Problem Solving, and Integrity

SPECIFIC SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledgeable and competent in different counseling techniques 
  • Empathic listening and a high level of frustration tolerance
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    in both English and Filipino

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a Licensed Physician
  • Prior experience as a School Physician is preferred, but not required

SPECIFIC SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • First aid treatments
  • Over-the-counter medicines

  • Preferably a graduate of BS in Secretarial Administration,
    Computer Science, or Information Technology

  • A graduate of BS Psychology, BSBA Major in Human Resource Management, or other related courses
  • Prior experience in the field of Human Resource is preferred, but not required

SPECIFIC SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, BSBA Major in Management Accounting, BSBA Major in Financial Management
    or any related course.
  • With teaching experience is preferred
