The Human Resource Department (HRD) is committed to do its share in the furtherance of the founders’ philosophy, “Ciencia y Virtud” (Knowledge and Virtue), and in working towards the fulfillment of CEU’s aim to cultivate the mind, body and spirit of its human resources in the service of God, country, and the family. 

HRD is committed to lead in the development, enhancement, and updating of the skills and competencies of CEU’s human resources and do its part in enabling the University Administration meet the demands of its overall institutional management and development requirements.

  • Must be a Registered Guidance Counselor
  • Knowledgeable with the theories and practice in implementing various guidance programs
  • With excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • With pleasing personality
  • Preferably Female

  • Must be a Registered Medical Technologist
  • A graduate of BS Medical Technology
  • With at least 1 year relevant experience
  • Familiar with laboratory procedures and can perform with accuracy
  • Computer literate and possess good communication skills
  • Preferably male
    • Vacancy available in Manila Campus only


  • Graduate of Library Information Science or related course and a Licensed Librarian 
  • Prior experience as a school librarian is preferred, but not required

  • Communication, Interpersonal Relations, Service Orientation, Organization, Subject Matter Mastery, Facilitation, Presentation, Classroom Management, Learning Transfer and Intervention, Creativity, Research, Results Orientation, Integrity, Adaptability, and High Moral Standards


  • Excellent oral and written Englih communication skills
