MISSION AND VISION
The Centro Escolar University Human Resource Department is committed to do its share in the furtherance of the founders' philosophy, "Ciencia y Virtud" (Knowledge and Virtue) and in working towards the fulfillment of CEU's aim to cultivate the mind, the body, and the spirit of its human resources in the service of God, country, and the family. Specifically, the HRD is committed to lead in the development, enhancement, and updating of the skills and competencies of CEU's human resources and do its part in enabling the university Administration meet the demands of its overall institutional management and development requirements.
In the human resource administration aspect of its function, HRD is committed to be the guardian of the University policies and procedures.
